Las Vegas Boulevard, minutes from Downtown, the Arts District and the Strip, with flexible stay lengths for people who need a real home base rather than a hotel room.
Our studio suites come furnished and ready to live in, with a bed and seating area, television, mini fridge and microwave, a private bathroom, closet storage and air conditioning. Utilities are included, so there is nothing to transfer, connect or set up before you move in. Residents come to us while relocating to Las Vegas, working a travel or contract assignment, waiting on a home to be ready, or simply looking for a straightforward place to stay in a central location.
